"The staff here are excellent. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooftop pool was lovely and a really good temperature. We ended up unwell with our daughter getting Bali belly, but the staff were very understanding, and offered us a later check out. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."

"This is an older-style hotel but advantages are that the area is quiet and the hotel has a lovely spa and pool, surrounded by shade. My room was on the third floor and was comfortable. Aircon worked fine. The staff at the front desk were kind and went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to know. My driver, Geday, was lovely. Spa was excellent, as was the little cafe run by Maria, all the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, and be prepared for the crowds on Sundays for...

"I’m so torn on my review of this property. The staff was so lovely. It is so very close to the beach, and shops. But, I chose this hotel based on other reviews about how it is a sanctuary in the middle of Canggu. I could not disagree more. Fireworks going off right outside my villa every night. Loud nonstop music from the beach clubs every night. This is not the fault of the hotel, I’m just shocked that other guests left reviews about the serenity of the hotel, when it is not that. "This resort was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Sitting by the pool and having complimentary tea, free yoga, staff was really friendly. Pools are big enough to swim laps. Walking distance to a coffee shop (left). 10 min ride from Canggu beach. Staff was really helpful. Free water as well which is important since you cannot drink non bottled water"
