"The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."

"This is an older-style hotel but advantages are that the area is quiet and the hotel has a lovely spa and pool, surrounded by shade. My room was on the third floor and was comfortable. Aircon worked fine. The staff at the front desk were kind and went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to know. My driver, Geday, was lovely. Spa was excellent, as was the little cafe run by Maria, all the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, and be prepared for the crowds on Sundays for...

"Really amazing hospitality from all the staff, so friendly and helpful. Big traditional rooms with fun outdoor bathroom surrounded by goldfish was a pleasure. Plus the complimentary breakfast was amazing, couldn’t get enough of it! "

"This resort was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Sitting by the pool and having complimentary tea, free yoga, staff was really friendly. Pools are big enough to swim laps. Walking distance to a coffee shop (left). 10 min ride from Canggu beach. Staff was really helpful. Free water as well which is important since you cannot drink non bottled water"
