"Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. "The parking lot needs a lot of work. There are several pot holes. It needs to be resurfaced. The rooms that I stayed in, both needed new drywall, as 1 had a hole and one, the paint was coming off in the bathroom. Breakfast needs to be better. Coffee, juice and mini muffins is all that was offered."

"Location was nice, however since it is winter and next to public parking, the first night was interrupted by the scraping of snowplows clearing the lot at 3-5am. A few issues with getting the correct remote to work the main TV, was fixed the next day. Kitchen nice and bright and supplied nicely."
