"Location of the Hotel is very good if you want to roam around in the Banff downtown. All restaurants and bars are near by at walkable distance. Hotel itself is good and staff is helpful. Free parking with stay is a plus. "

"Overall, very nice property, the living room area was old, but a very comfortable bed. Great location in the middle of Banff. A lot of restaurants nearby and my favorite was Fire and Farm inside the hotel. Cleaning service was excellent so was the underground parking. However, if they can just fix the data of furniture and decor, it will be a five star hotel."
