"Lovely hot tub and sauna area. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice extras like firewood and hot drinks by the spa area. Nature walk behind property with deer nearby. Only negatives was lack of kitchen essentials like paper towels and oven mitts. "

"The room was very noisy. Neighbors upstairs and beside stayed till 2am. No parties, just walking and talking. Not much sound insulation between units. I could hear conversations in adjoining units, and our dog reacted to some of the noises. The supplied fire wood is poor. We had a fridge, but no microwave. Staff supplied a microwave."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"The resort is very well maintained. It is at an amazing location surrounded by tall mountains and unbelievable scenery. The staff is particularly polite and respectful. We stayed in the superior Queen/king room which had been freshly renovated. It had a large window overlooking the mountains and a fully functional kitchenette. The bedding was premium and spotless. The toiletries were also very high quality. We enjoyed our 2 nights in this resort. "
