"Booked this hotel to be away from the noise of downtown. The view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the bathroom with separate tub and shower was spacious. We really enjoyed the heated tile floors. Food at onsite restaurant Prow was fantastic and hot tub was nice. Robes are provided in the rooms and rooms were cleaned daily. "The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."
