"We had a great stay at the Royal Canadian Lodge. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean and updated. Parking in the garage was very helpful especially in the winter. The breakfast needs to be improved...I think frozen potatoes were used. The white flour bagels (everything bagel not available) seemed like they were from a grocery store. The bacon/eggs were cooked just right. Not impressed with breakfast...we did not eat lunch or dinner there. Our server Elmer was...

"The resort was nice and the staff all friendly. The only thing that I would have like to have known was that the restaurant was not open. It was my bday and we wanted to do everything on the resort only because of the weather and had to drive to the main stripe to eat out which wasn’t bad but not what we were expecting. Even at checkin we were not told the restaurant was not open for business. "
