"Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. The rooms are really comfortable and beautifully decorated and also very well maintained and cleaned and the staff really are amazing. I lost my wallet in the taxi from the airport and the staff managed to track down the driver from my credit card and arranged for him to bring the wallet back, and all without even asking, they volunteered to do it. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight.
