"Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. "The address we received is incorrect when copy pasted into google. You have to Google the actual name of the place! We arrived at 5pm and weren't able to get our place till 630pm. There should be instructions for check in for those arriving and no one at the property to receive you. We got lucky and a guest opened the gate door to be able to read how to get keys. Had to drive to a different location to get them and back. "
