The room with a view of the river for which I paid extra was a misnomer because the trees obstruct the view, but the room faces a few lanes of traffic that makes it too noisy to get a good night sleep. "At my request my room was on a low floor because I knew in advance that there wasn’t an elevator. This made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is a 25 minute walk (almost completely flat) to the historic area. Very convenient location. "
