"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Villas. The view, the accommodations, the 1:1 communication via text was prompt and helpful. We could get in the water if we wished because it wasn’t contaminated. Parking was designated and free. Location was amazing. The pier nearby was great. "

"The condo was in a great location. Wish I had time to take some walks to the beach and enjoy the scenery. Owner Kelli was easy to work with. Her parents Nancy and Dan were extremely nice and helpful when they were staying in the unit below.A few things needed to be replenished which I have informed the owner. Was perfect for the 4 adults and two grandkids. "
