There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed: ceiling fan didn't work, outlet in kitchen kept popping, light on refrigerator indicated water filter needed to be changed. Some of the furnishing are a bit worn, like the chair in the bedroom and one of the table lamps in the bedroom doesn't stand up straight. But none of these were game changers for us. "This rental was just what we needed. My husband was in Southern California for some business and I joined him to visit our son who lives in the area. The host was very accommodating and patient with our questions. This was so much more pleasant than staying in a hotel and comparable cost. "
