If your room is at the back of the facility, they have a huge area with transformers that buzzed ALL night. I called front desk and their response was “ we can’t hear it from over here”. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. When checking out I told the concierge about the loud buzzing. She already knew about it. Try the Marriot down the street.

The water was shut off due to a plumbing issue.. no showers after a 20 hour flight. Yikes! However, Oscar(?) checked us in and did what he could to accommodate us. He was helpful.

Extremely loud fan/water noises all night coupled with loud noises from the road. Staff seemed completely overwhelmed. No free breakfast. There was no hot water in the morning. Housekeeping made the bed and did nothing else. Would not stay here again.

Property area is convenient. Near a CVS, so close you can literally walk across the street to purchase toiletries when needed. Especially that Holiday did not sell any type of toiletries. I was hoping to find contact solution or contact case but had to run across to purchase items. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious…amenities were a little worn down but not awful. I loved the breakfast and dinner add on…restaurant was within the building and was convenient to walk down to eat. Loved our stay and would book again if needed. Thank you Holiday Inn!
