When we checked in, we were told the shuttle ran every half hour on the hour and half hour. No one told us we had to sign up on a list to take the shuttle. We got downstairs at exactly 430 to watch the shuttle leaving the driveway. No one told us we needed to be there five or 10 minutes earlier than the shuttle time.

Person in the room next to me was screaming in the phone at 1230am and again at 230am. Complaints to the hotel did not stop the disturbance. It woke me up from my sleep multiple times.

Reserved a king bed, they didn’t have one and put me in a smaller bed. They didn’t have any keys available at the desk so had to call the maintenance guy down to have him give me his key card. Room was filthy, bathroom didn’t drain. Would not recommend

I found the cleaning folks good. The dining staff was friendly. The food left much to be desired. I did not find the front desk folks very informed, I asked for a map of the area, and a descent place to eat, and the response was less then helpful. I didn't appreciate there not being any benches to sit on outside. I have issues, in the room, with the blower not turning off, a handful of TV channels, so, so many electronic lights, it was impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again, nor recommend.

I have shoulder length blonde hair yet there was short dark brown/black hair all over the bathroom vanity. Aside from that, staff really nice and friendly. Hotel was a bit loud but to be expected being so close to the airport.

Most hotels would carry items that you forget at home and they didn’t have any of that. The bed was uncomfortable. Had my back hurting so bad still to this day.
