"Family from three states met up after a family wedding for some family time visiting the DC area. Perfect location for walking to eat, visit the Zoo and getting on bus metro and even metro stations.we never moved out cars once parking!"

"We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. "Place was nice and clean except one of the upstairs bathrooms swelled of urine. The coffee was stale and the choices were terrible. Thanks for the ice though. The towels were adequate but not enough wash rags. Beds were comfortable but my brother needed a flatter pillow.also, it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house "

"Arrived late at night. Had been given the wrong door code.There was no hostess on site ever. Found a neighbor with building owners phone number, so I was able to get inside. Had been promised Wi/Fi, never given a pass word even though I asked for one on the site. No broom or dustpan to help keep place clean. Never found a store with end walking distance. Over all I was not happy with my stay. "

Our host, Miloud, was very gracious given our grandchildren are two and under and were up early. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Amazing host with great communication, great property with perfect little touches, and possibly the best location you could ask for. Literally steps to the King Street metro, and with the free King Street trolly, you are just minutes the water and some of the best restaurants in the area. It doesn't matter if you are visiting northern Virginia or Washington D.C., don't hesitate to stay here for the perfect place to rest when your day is done. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights while seeing the sights in DC. Place was very clean and spacious. The balcony off master bedroom was huge and another small balcony off kitchen. The location was very convenient to jump in an Uber to go in city to see the sights. Would definitely stay here again while in DC. "

"This house is located close to DC, about a 30 minute drive into the city. The neighborhood seems safe and fairly quiet. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The owners had left basic groceries for breakfast: milk, OJ, cereal, bananas, coffee, tea. This was a nice extra touch. There were also some cookies (which we are) and a bottle of wine (which we didn't drink). The bathrooms were stocked with TP, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc . It was nice to not have to pack all of the paper products...
