"I've stayed at the Gaylord a number of times over the last 10 years. Service has always been excellent, staff always ready to help. This time around I needed room service more than ever, it was super fast and the staff was very patient with repeat calls. "My daughter and I were in town for a cheer competition at the Gaylord. We wanted to stay close by but not at the Gaylord. I loved our 2 bedroom deluxe. We had too much plenty room but that’s ok. She could get ready without taking up the entire bathroom. The entire resort was very clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those. I won’t stay anywhere else in National Harbor! Thank you!!"

"Loved our stay here. The second time my wife and I have been here. Right across the street from the metro, easy access to downtown DC. We didn’t use the car at all except to drive to Mount Vernon. Alexandria is a beautiful city as well with so many great old homes and restaurants. We’ll stay here again in a heartbeat."
