"The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The lobby/bar are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was wonderful except for the bathroom. Although the products were lovely, the shower head was terrible and there was barely any water pressure. Also the towels are incredibly rough and uncomfortable.The bathroom definitely does not live up to the feeling of luxury that the rest of the hotel possesses. "

"Why stay anywhere else? Honestly! Huge rooms, comfy bed and pillows and really quiet (I was on the 5th floor). Good location if you don’t mind walking a bit and secure luggage storage if you need to check out earlier than your flight! "
