"We really enjoyed our time at the river house. I wish we had a few more days to explore on the kayaks but we hope to come back in the future. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!"

"We chose this property because of the proximity to the Hiawassee River Railroad. There was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. Lots of outdoor activities around to keep you busy! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved visiting the goats and chickens. We even had fresh eggs for breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked a couple of our meals, it was nice they had everything we needed. An added plus was, all rooms had a tv. "

"Amazing property for multiple families. The main house, small house, and pavilion area allowed us to spread out but have common areas to gather. We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here. "We had 4 adults and 13 players on this trip. We never had any issues with not enough room. All the girls had a blast. The house was close to town but far enough out to feel private! I highly recommend this for future stays. "

You may drive the hills but once you pull in you are LEVEL...Floor to ceiling windows in every bedroom and den. PRIVATE...only the animals can peek in on you! Hot tub, fire pit, large deck, grill ....we lived the life. Morning sunrise, evening moon rise. We had uninterupted views for MILES. Clean, two bathrooms - LOVED LOVED the relaxing home.
