"We were very happy with how clean the property was upon our arrival. We only needed to drop by the local Food City for groceries to enjoy our stay. We used the fire pit, propane grill, and hot tub during our stay. There was also a set of binoculars and a Bushnell lense for bird watching. "The cabin was very clean and had everything that me and my teenage daughter needed for our stay. The fridge was a perfect size for our drinks and fit any leftovers from our unfinished dinners. There is a coffee pot with coffee and filters for you to use. Coffee mugs were provided along with plenty of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The grounds were well maintained and had a "clubhouse" that hosted a ping pong table, basketball goal and cornhole. We enjoyed a game of ping pong and...

"Nice little place for a weekend get away "

"This was the perfect fishing cabin for my partner amd I. Very private and safe, great place to park your boat at night. We never eat out so the cabin kitchen was perfect for are evening meals. Highly recommended and I'm planning staying there again when I come back to Tennessee to fish."

"This was one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed back and we will definitely be back! It has the most breaktaking views and location was perfect. The home was so cozy and warm and every detail was attended to. Wes was fantastically accommodating! We highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed! "

"We had 4 adults and 13 players on this trip. We never had any issues with not enough room. All the girls had a blast. The house was close to town but far enough out to feel private! I highly recommend this for future stays. "

"You can get to all the good spots on the Chick from here. Lots of boat ramps nearby including the one on the property. "

"The keys were not left out like they were supposed to be. Another group in a different cabin also did not have a key left out for them. Thankfully, a door was left unlocked so that we could get in (which is horribly unsafe). I tried to contact the host about the keys and never got a response. It was pretty bad all around. Wish I could get my money back. "
