Property was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and well maintained also. Our only complaint was the inhabitants in the room above us which was no fault of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay!!

Loved property! Everything is very nice clean, love the middle patio. Love the section in back for the pets, and love that hotel is pet friendly. Great experience, highly reccomend.

The property was very clean extremely nice set up. Just like your very own apartment Staff was pleasant Jasmine and Eddie at the front desk were very helpful and personable. The manager came to my assistance immediately when there was a small issue with my stove(2mins wait👍) I would definitely recommend this property and stay again

Such a clean hotel! Very convenient and easy! Even tho I checked in after hours, they were so helpful when I called ahead like they instructed and they left a key and a receipt for me in a lockbox! One of my favorite hotels I’ve been at, and I travel very frequently for work!

The only issue we had was paying for our stay. We wasn't aware it was a cashless property. The staff was amazing at helping us figure it all out. They even held our reservation til we could do so. We have officially found our favorite place to stay in Cleveland.
