Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. "Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in den Fotos einsichtig sehr schön, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, 5min von Arta entfernt vollkommen in der Natur und ungestört."
