"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. "So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."
