"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

"We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Het was netjes, schoon en prima in orde. De omgeving was rustig en goed aan te lopen naar een strandje dichtbij. Het appartement was wel vrij gehorig, de mensen in het appartement onder ons konden ons blijkbaar horen lopen en praten. Omgekeerd hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was alles prima in orde. "

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Finca. It is in a peaceful and pretty area just outside the town of Arta. We found it to be even better than the description. The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful additions. We loved our relaxing stay and would love to return one day. Thank you!"

"Wir waren im April zu Gast. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Christin war sehr nett und konnte bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Links und rechts neben dem Haus gibt es Mehrfamilienhäuser, die haben uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke :-)"

"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. You can rent umbrella and beach chairs, there is a bar and supermarket 15 min away. Not easy to arrange a taxi, we left phone # fro taxi to Palma . It is inside guide...
