"We had a great week in the villa. The swimming pool was lovely and kept our kids entertained for hours. It was nice to be able to cook and eat in the outdoor kitchen and, as many have already said, we only used the actual house for sleeping. The host was lovely too. ."

"Lovely villa and pool - wish I'd asked for the sun terrace table and chairs as per the photo As these were not available to us. Possibly a simple phone call would have had them made available... Everything else was great. As with all properties a few basics to help keep the property clean would have helped. Rubbish bags, cleaning cloths, cleaning products."

"Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! "Lovely peaceful finca any teething troubles were addressed immediately! Thank you Toni and Cris. Only difficulty was the road to access the property very rustic so we did need a larger car! Also booked a taxi into town one night €27 euros each way for a 8 minute drive worth noting so we wouldn't do that again! But overall loved our holiday but we do prefer things quiet might not be suitable for people who like more going on!"

"Loved the property with a special outside view at all levels and angles. Always areas of shade to offset other spaces bathed in the lovely Mallorca sun. Sunsets from the roof are amazing accompanied by the bbq and Spanish Rioja. Hire car is essential for travel to supermarkets and any places you wish to explore but it’s a beautiful part of the island. "The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. "We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back."
