"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...

"We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back."

"Can Ferrereta was an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a (reasonably priced) 5-star hotel this is a great place. The staff were EXTREMELY attentive and kind. As an American who has not traveled to Europe in a decade, the hotel was amazing at recommending everything from places for dinner to recommending a car rental company. The location is excellent, outside of the main Palma region so a little more quiet but not too far from being able to do things. If you do get a car I would highly recommend their valet services as parking is almost non-existent around the hote"
