"I really enjoyed staying at the San Augustin apartment. It was more spacious than I anticipated. It was very clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Check in was seamless, and all of the staff was a very welcoming and hospitable. however I was told check in is typically at four and I did not receive any correspondence to come check in until five. "The property itself was beautiful and in such a great location! We were walking distance from everything. The agency was very responsive to all of our needs. Only downside is we did not have any hot water during our entire stay. We were told to let the water run for 15-20 mins but even then the water was still cold. Also the door to enter the unit needed to be pulled and jiggled in order for it to unlock so we struggled getting in. Otherwise the property was great and if this problems were fixed...
