"We had a wonderful stay in Conrad Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel staff are exceptional at providing great service. The breakfast staff were very attentive. They kept checking with us to see if we needed more coffee or tea. The concierge staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing and ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process. Room are very clean, bed was very conformation, the air-conditioner regulates the temperature very well. I love the fact that we didn't have to slot in the room card to turn on the electricity for the room so that we could leave the heat on so the room temperature would stay constant when we were outside. The bathroom is beautiful and functional. I love the body lotion - very moisturizing and smell good"

"Where do I start..from the moment we stepped in at 8 am in the morning, they accommodated my request for an early check in since we had kids and were exhausted from a long journey and they even gave us breakfast. From there onwards it has just been a brilliant stay for 8 days. The hospitality, kindness, family ambiance we received was incredible! (Complete opposite to the general public of Turkey). All the staff from Enver, Sezarn, Farooq, Ayaz, Arif, Fathima, Nargis were extremely welcoming and helpful but my hat goes out to Brother Okay who went a step beyond in assisting us with our day to day activities. He speaks the English language perfectly as well which was a plus. The hotel is a Botique hotel with a family feel to it. Has a lovely pool, sauna and Hammam for the cold winter evenings. It’s legit 20 steps from the T1 tram and few metres away from the underground train. The only flaws were the window and toilet roll holder being broken in the room and TV was not working with no sport channels showed in the hotel which is strange as Turkey is a football mad country. A particular staff member was extremely unpleasant and rude which made our stay a tad bit uncomfortable. I raised the issue and trust it has been addressed. Barring the few small minor issues, our stay has been extremely pleasant. It was extremely sad to leave our Turkish family behind and definitely we will return to Sirkeci mansion if we going to ever come to Istanbul again. Keep it up Guys! "
