They consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. Whether it was a special meal request or simply needing directions around the resort, staff members were always happy to help with a smile. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. The genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely return — the service alone makes it worth the visit."

"Great resort if you're looking to stay on the outskirts of downtown puerto vallart. Not a lot to do, nor is there a town nearby to do shopping. I went with my 17 year old son and for him it was a little boring. Otherwise it was great to just do nothing and relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach and pool. "

"This was our first time staying at a RIU property. We were impressed and will consider staying at other RIUs in the future. The resort was recently updated and changed to an adult-only resort. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pools are very nice with plenty of lounge chairs, and the beach was beautiful and walkable. We never had any trouble finding a spot to relax. There were 9 restaurants at the resort, none of which require reservations. The buffet was good for breakfast, but would not recommend it for other meals. The coffee shop made some of the best lattes!!! The only negative was that they only give one pool towel per guest and you have to have a card to get one. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have an extra. Thanks RIU for a wonderful and relaxing vacation! "
