"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding."

"The apartment was perfect for 2 nights in Rochester. The owner was very responsive when we had a few minor issues. Neighborhood was quiet and safe—easy access to surrounding areas."

"The loft Apartment is very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we felt very much at home there. Easy access in and out of the parking garage and very close to the highway. Centrally located in the city equidistant to our relatives who we were visiting. Beautiful view of the city and the lights from the window. "Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space.
