"If I could rate this accommodation out of 100 it would get 100. Angela ( she is an Angel) and Wally could not be more helpful and flexible. Very kind and caring people. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. My stay there was beyond comfortable. The facilities take you back in time, beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. Squeaky clean. Comfy bed. Location was perfect. Continental breakfast delicious....

Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. It was clean and safe. The space was quite cool upon our arrival and took a long time to warm up after we found the thermostat. More side tables would be helpful, as would more towels/blankets. Thank you for having shampoo etc. stocked for us! The bathtub/shower enclosure is difficult to step...

"We had a wonderful time here. Miss Anna was accommodating and communicative before, during, and after our stay. Such a clean, beautiful house, nice bed, and fairly close to a gas station convenience store. It’s not too far from the Metrotown mall either! Would definitely come back! Oh, and don’t forget to take off your footwear at the door to keep the house clean if you’re coming by to stay. Keeps the floors clean! ;)"

"The property was beautiful!! Clean room and reasonable priced. Really friendly staff and a safe area. My only issue was finding out where to park while checking in as there is no temporary parking offered in front of the hotel. But that’s just downtown Vancouver. If you drive to the ally around back you can park there for a couple minutes while checking in I was wasn’t aware of this. We really enjoyed our stay!!"
