"Great stay. Initially we had a dirty bath upon arrival however after staff trying to clean it theg couldnt get the marks off. They offered us a free upgrade. Wenloved thebroo. And servoxe. The food was good to. We had a carvery and a breakfast. The hotplate was quite small but the hotel did not seem that busy at the time. There was an initial wait as we arrived at checkin time 1500 and others had to wait as well for rooms to be finihsed cleaning. No one checked in till 1600. This mildly inconvenient as we went to have our carvery. I put this down to being a bank holiday weekend on a sunday and not having staff in. "

"Amazing location to the parking and gunwharf quays outlet. Breakfast had good choice of items. Brilliant parking charges, free for first 24hrs, and then £2 for every day after. Air conditioning was not working, although this didn't affect us as it was pretty cold this bank holiday weekend anyways. Overall comfy and brilliant stay!"

"Great hotel literally yards from the high street but set on a really quiet road. Staff were all super helpful and it has a great bar and garden where you can sit and chill after a busy day sightseeing. Theres two carparks at this hotel which although you have to pay for, are superb and super convenient. Beds are big & comfy and i wouldn't hesitate in using this hotel again."
