"I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of marijuana smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. We definitely did not appreciate the timing of this call while traveling. I told them we would leave at 11, which was our check out...

"Great property. I would stay here again when I come back to L.A. Good location, lots of stuff is walkable but also easy to get to lots of good attractions. The unit itself is quiet, the windows keep out the noise of the street. Large unit, very comfortable."

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. "Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed. Due to this issue some of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. The corridors inside the building smelled bad and the elevator sounded like it was falling...
