"This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay."

"This listing was exactly as described with no nasty hidden surprises. Juan's commuication has been excellent which really reassured my confidence as a solo traveller new to the area. Self-check in details were passed the day before arrival whichallowed me to comfortably see myself into the property despite my late areival time. Juan met with me a few days later in passing, he was kind and welcoming and gave some great advice on how to maximise my stay. The easy parking and accessible location...

"This was a small but mighty space. It had all the things we would have at home but in a smaller space, which it did not feel like so. There was a lot of space for the kids to play outside and thank you for 2 tv's. I was able to lounge while the girls were able to watch cartoons. "

"Staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The DTLA Area isn’t too “Pretty” but felt safe walking the streets in the surrounding area late at night. There’s a few places to eat and a ton more about 5-10 blocks away. So if you’re searching for food just do your homework. Other than that i would return. Great price "
