"The big drawback was that the indoor pool closed early for children and the outdoor pool closed too early for everyone, plus the waterpark was still not open. The front desk was not well organized and it is not clear which customer is next to be helped."

The condition of the hotel was great and decor so elegant, beautiful and so clean Breakfast was so fresh with great choice and presented so well. We usually stay at more resort type hotels on Jumeirah Beach but thought we would try one of Dubai's classic hotels amd are so glad we did. Great Job Team Raffles"

"Rooms are generally well cleaned and staff is friendly. It’s a very busy hotel and is close to lots of dining options and shopping areas as well. This time my room’s shower was not working well. Very good hotel."
