Very friendly staff. Always happy to help. The only downfall would be the waiting time for the lifts. As there are only two, the wait to use them can sometimes take longer. Otherwise overall experience was very good.

My room was at 16th floor 1612 and the rooms next to me were so noisy after midnight which couldn't sleep and the beat music coming from the night clubs in the middle of the night till 3 am couldn't make me sleep .
