"Hotel was great. Room was spacious and visually pleasing. Stay we’re all incredible kind and helpful. Breakfast options were pretty good. Area around the hotel in walkable. You can walk to many major attractions in less than 20 minutes. There is a karaoke bar just across the street but it wasn’t that bad and didn’t go too late. Solid 4 star hotel and I’d stay again. "

"I actually stayed quite a long time at this hotel, totally about half of the whole month that I was in VN. I like many things about the hotel, particularly the staffs and their service. The hotel conditions however have few things need to be repaired and kept in good maintenance. Also, I traveled to Saigon from USA with full luggage allowance by airlines, and unlike many other hotels in Saigon where they provide free storage, this one charged me high fees for leaving few suitcases at the hotel...

"This used to be called Sazi Hotel, I stayed there in May 2024 and it was okay. Now that is it the Level hotel… so many upgrades have been made and it’s a great little hotel. If you stay here, plan on staying at the luxury rooms only! I will stay here anytime I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

"Great service all round! Front desk receptionist were helpful and friendly. The front door man/security was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was very plentiful and a very welcoming staff. Cooked eggs to order. The room had a great view of the city. One housekeeping emptied our garbage but forgot to take it away. Our glasses were not cleaned daily. Great location for HCMC!!! "
