"I have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The place is very cozy and super clean. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms have toilet paper, extra towels. There was a travel crib for my one year old that I appreciated very much!! The location is also perfect as it is close to the Niagara Falls touristic spots, including the Seneca Casino. There is also a supermarket (Tops) 5 min away which was also very convenient. The owner stopped by when we settled in to check if we needed anything....

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"We came to see a Bills game, it was our first trip to Buffalo. Ryan and Nicks suite could not have been a better choice! Located between Allentown and Downtown, we were able to hit all the recommended places. Bus ride to Highmark Stadium was an easy walk. The suite was clean and cozy!
