"Basic room so no fridge,kettle or table but it had 1 chair. Room was very large and could easily accommodate more furniture. It’s an older hotel as the elevators were the original tiny 2 person with 2 doors type. Street noise as is on a busy street with many buses. Breakfast was same every day - coffee,tea and 2 small medialunes . Price is reasonable."

"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"Yes, it was basic, but a good value. Staff was friendly, room was just what we needed for a brief stay when we were not going to be in it long. Uber fare from airport was $31 USD and to central part of BA town was $7 USD. They also offer a late check out (6pm) for 1/2 of daily rate. "This motel was created for one purpose and that is not to go to sleep! The room wasn’t particularly clean and we purposely spent the whole of the daytime out sightseeing. I was unable to open the window blinds so they stayed closed. The bed was hard and more like a sofa bed than a normal mattress. Not recommended to bring children here. The local area is sketchy too. However it is very cheap!"
