"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"Great location for a not too pricey but convenient hotel, walking distance from Corrientes Avenue -where theaters, street artists and outdoor dining is) a bit odd in its architecture but the room itself was very nice."

"Service is friendly and very helpful. Room is fine. However, the window was so rusted it was hard to open and close. When it rained it leaked. Behind the curtains there was mold on the wall."

"I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower). "

"Beware, when I arrived the towels and bed sheets had clearly been used, but the booking was not refundable, so I stayed, hoping they would be changed soon. 5 days passed and they were never changed. There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything."
