"Loved this hotel!! The Service by the staff, particularly by Rodrigo, was the best service i have gotten in any other hotel!! They are polite, and extreme helpful at all times! Rooms are extremely big, cleaned and elegant. Location is central to every single activity and it has great choices for restaurants: Fervor, Marcelo, and Freddo (for ice cream). This is a gem of a hotel. By the way, i am from Argentina, and know the city, and i will stay at Algodon Mansion over other big and famous hotels...

"This hotel is really bad hotel. It’s dirty, fridge does not work, dirty pillows and the breakfast is really poor. Hotel workers are arrogant! In the kitchen is a mess and nobody cares to clean up. I have stayed for 2 nights and on the second night there was no eggs, no cups for juice( coloured water), no cheese and coffee was really bad. Brad was not fresh and mostly sweet bans. "
