"Paul and the team and the best in the area. If you are thinking of staying in Fortuna, take a few extra minutes and drive a little further north to paradise in the mountains. The rooms, the amenities and the scenery are a 10! We ate at the private restaurant every night and we were happy we did. The best part was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and other wild life and having chef prepared breakfast :) Some reviews did mention the bugs: you're in nature; it's expected and you get used to it and they do have pest control.
