"The bathroom sink when turned on has water spraying out on the wall. Your should think of longer shower curtains so the flies don’t get drenched. With no spare towels you can’t clean the water off the floor and reuse the towels. The living ceiling fan has a mind of its own. Lol The water pressure ave temp weren’t great. Over all I would stay there again. Safe and convenient. Made for a good, home away from home for after days. Small fixes would really make this an outstanding rental. "

"This provided a good, reasonably priced option for a last minute search in Old San Juan. The responsiveness and communication was excellent, including great suggestions for eating, and the location was very convenient. The reasons I am not giving it 5 stars are that I did not realize the room did not have a window (possibly in the listing that I missed and possibly helpful for noise, which was not an issue at all, given the location could be loud at busy times) and the bathroom was not ideal:...
