"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"We loved this place, especially the view. And the staff was fabulous. We had a river view suite, which was tremendous. But we also took a quick peek into some of the "city view" rooms...and they were great as well (with a view of the castle district). The hotel was also within easy walking distance of the funicular to the castle, and there is a tram stop practically at the front door. Our only issue was this: the sewer system in the bathrooms produced some mild sewer gas/smell. At first...
