"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. "The hotel is bang in the middle of the city centre and is a stone’s throw away from the Kossuth Lajos tube station. The room was clean. The corridors were a bit dates, scuff marks on the wall etc. they could do with a bit of up-keep. The breakfast was average with hot food and cold cuts options and pastries. The unlimited coffee and water was a nice touch. With some improvement it deserves the 4* hotel title but I think this hotel overall needs a bit of improvement. "
