"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"Excellent they couldn’t do enough for me. Receptionist (Marci and Sandor) were very friendly. The room was spacious and was well heated (outside was cold). The shower had good pressure and had L’Occitan shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom was modern with nice features. The breakfast was plentiful with cold cuts and hot food options available such as eggs benedict, scrambled eggs etc. Overall had an amazing stay and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. "Lovely hotel, all the rooms have a beautiful view of the Danube & parliament building. Clean, comfortable and quiet (except when guests above sound like they are moving furniture around for hours). Fantastic buffet breakfast with hot eggs and bacon cooked on request, the lady host in the restaurant is very attentive and helpful. Great place, would stay again and recommend."
