"Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted...

"Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "

"On check in I felt that the staff were more interested in trying to sell site seeing tickets to everyone and not checking people in. The room looked clean .but you could see that the front door handle was hanging off and indeed broke the next day. Staff should have noted that before my arrival.
