"The hotel is bang in the middle of the city centre and is a stone’s throw away from the Kossuth Lajos tube station. The room was clean. The corridors were a bit dates, scuff marks on the wall etc. they could do with a bit of up-keep. The breakfast was average with hot food and cold cuts options and pastries. The unlimited coffee and water was a nice touch. With some improvement it deserves the 4* hotel title but I think this hotel overall needs a bit of improvement. "

"Awesome location. Amazing service. Like the other Library Collection properties, a lot of thought has been put into every little detail to make the stay super comfortable. Side note- Julia at the front desk and Jason at the breakfast buffet were superstars and repeatedly went out of their way. Will return again! "

"The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"Nice, quiet place to stay at. Friendly staff, excellent location, close to metro station, big city market and close to major attractions. The only thing is that room would need some upgrade especially for a 4 star Hotel. The wall tapes in the room were peeling off and the furniture was also not in its best shape."
