"washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay"

"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."

"For the price, this was an acceptable location but I don't think I'll repeat it. The biggest issue was the musty smell. It seemed to have been closed up for some time. It was off-putting. Additionally, the shower took some getting used to. The oversized, and mineral-stained shower curtain was odd. Fortunately, I am small enough in stature to actually fit in the tiny corner. "This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced).
