"We had a wonderful stay at the Mullen Chalet that’s within walking distance to Mt. Abram and a short drive to Sunday River. The open concept kitchen and living room allowed us to prepare dinner while chatting with guests relaxing on the wrap-around couch. In addition, the chalet was comfortable and clean with large windows that provided picturesque views of the snow-covered tree branches. Our two dogs enjoyed the deck and quiet neighborhood. "We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!"

"We couldn't have asked for a better spot to have a gathering of friends and family to celebrate our daughters birthday...the listing was acurate for all the fun ways to enjoy this a bit campy with rustic country feel yet all the comforts of home style of warmth both indoors and out. Not only were the lake views spectacular, the docks, kyak, canoe, paddle board, row boats, raft, docks made for wonderful lakeside activities ...in the evening to have access to the hot tub just off the deck along...

"This condo was perfect for a week of skiing. Trail access is literally outside the back door. The condo was very well furnished and supplied with everything we needed to cook meals. The only issue we had was four weeks prior to our stay we were informed that the pool and hot tub would not be available for our use. Other than that we would definitely rent this condo again!"

"We were a a group of 7 riders from NJ and the house was beautiful, comfy and very clean. While 90% of the time was spent riding, getting home to this place made it all the more special. Near 2 breweries ( 5 min away ) and with lots of privacy and amenities ( hot tub was awesome ), I def recommend and will save this place for future visits ! Thank you ! "

"We celebrated my fathers 90th over a gorgeous September weekend. The number of beds and rooms was perfect. The beds are comfortable which is a must at a rental. The fire pit out front was wonderful and we appreciated that the wood was included. The lake is gorgeous! Such an easy walk. Loved the kayaks. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the array of kitchen equipment. Having 2 fridges and dishwashers was great. But the array of pots and pans was challenging. Thankfully we were mostly...

"Wonderful location for family of 7 adults and 2 children with accessible beach and lake. The water is shallow enough for toddlers to play and pleasant for adults to swim and kayak. The house was clean and functional for a large group and the large dining room table was ideal for dinners and games. We would be happy to stay again."
