Convenience of location with easy access to skiing and ski bus shuttle. Clean, inviting atmosphere and staff, Unfortunately, the billing on credit cards was not handled properly and the adjustments did not go through as stated by the desk clerk!

Snow cap is so close to Sunday River ski resort and yet is affordable. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Morning muffins and evening fresh baked cookies, s’mores and hot chocolate fixin’s add a touch of comfort and feeling of welcome.

Close location to slopes! Room is quiet. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Check in by Kila was great! Cookies in evening and muffins in morning are nice! Complimentary coffee,tea, hot chocolate and smores! Good sized built in hot tub outside!

In reading the reviews before we stayed, I was cautious but they were right on. Pros - 5 minutes from the mountain with a easy shuttle to drop you at the South Peak Super clean rooms Comfy beds Nice staff I won't say there are cons. It is a no frills hotel but has all the things you need. I would suggest the hotel post a photo of the hot tub as I couldn't find one. It's fairly large and somehow I got it to myself one night. There are fridges in the room and a shared microwave in the lobby. BYO- hair dryer FYI My kids loved the hot chocolate and the s'mores.

This was our first time staying at the Snow Cap Inn, and we were pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed the Inn. Lots od luttle extras - warm blueberry muffins for breakfast, s'more makings, nice hot tub, and the shuttle service to the base lodges. Vwey much enjoyes the staff and location. Great value for the price

The staff at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful in giving advise on where to dine, and explaining any other questions about the area. The blueberry muffins in the morning and the chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon with the hot chocolate bar with smore essentials just added to the stay.
