"Hotel was old and they had leaks. It was pouring rain and the entry vestibule had an inch of water that you walked into room. The heater kept going off and tv did not work. We asked for extra towels and were told no only one per customer and I might add they were small towels. "Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"Great little hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen. The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good. "
