"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. "WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Dukes' Arches hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway in Bruges! We were away for my husband's 30th birthday, so I was looking for somewhere special - we had a premium double room in the main building, and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really comfortable. Staff at the hotel were also lovely, and really helpful. LOVED having a gym, sauna & steam room to use. Small city, so nice having these facilities for relaxing in the afternoon! Would highly recommend. "
