"Great location. Easily walk into Bruges 10 minute walk. Right by train station if you are planning on going day trips. Area around train station dirty. Not hotels fault for this. "

"Check out was at 11 but none of the materials given said that and there was no phone in the room, so i could not call to ask. Im from the US and waking up even at 1100 is early for me. A clerk was upset when i checked out at 1200 and threatened to charge extra but a nice clerk intervened. Also the room was too hot even with the heating off."

"Not a bad spot...15 min drive from downtown. Lady on check in advised us to park at the train station... but that's a 25 min walk to the city center so i would advise parking closer. Breakfast just fair...North Americans will likely be disappointed in the eggs/ meat offerings. Bed was comfortable, room a good size. Would stay again but would skip the breakfast. "

"This property in located in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants, shops and attractions was within walking distance . One set back that room service did not pass by the second day of my stay"

"We loved our stay. The rooms were large and well appointed. Espresso machine that also provided water for tea. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the last evening at the bar even if we had to get our drinks in the restaurant. The location cannot be beat! Highly recommend! "
